REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
Any accepted returns will be issued in a form of a store credit. If you receive a defective item, please email Milestonememoriesri@gmail.com or contact us via the contact form on this website within 3 DAYS of receiving your order and we will get you taken care of it immediately.
- UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL WE ISSUE A REFUND BACK TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT FOR A RETURNED ITEM.
All items applicable for return and exchange must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the original order.
FINAL SALE items are considered items with a 20% or more discount off your purchase, or items in a SALE category and cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:
- Custom Orders
- Made to Order items
- Bulk Orders
- Items Discounted at 20% or greater
- Items listed in a SALE Category
- Final sale items
Shipping fees are to be covered by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want to do an exchange, you'll have to pay an additional shipping fee to SEND & RECEIVE the new apparel.
Store credit will be issued via e-mail within 5-14 business days of receiving your return for the amount paid, minus shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be held responsible if we don't receive your returned item.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
- Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to is attempted.
FAQS
How long does it take to process the return?
- Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.
Do you offer price adjustments?
- Due to our limited quantities of products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed with a store credit if we can't exchange the item due to low or no inventory at that time.
